| Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 14600 West Lake Houston Parkway about 7:35 p.m. on Sunday (March 24).
The identity of the deceased male, 51, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Dallas and Officer C. Moralez reported:
The male was driving a maroon Chrysler Fifth Avenue northbound at the above address when he failed to stay in a single lane. The Chrysler veered off the roadway and struck a signal light pole. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased.
No other vehicles were involved in this crash.
