| Houston police are investigating a fatal auto-pedestrian crash that occurred at 10200 Telephone Road about 6:50 p.m. on Thursday (January 10).
The identity of the male victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant S. Linscomb and Officer D. Sulaiman reported:
A white Honda Accord and a silver Mazda U6X were traveling northbound on Telephone Road and struck a male who was crossing the street, not in a crosswalk, at the above address. The victim died at the scene. The drivers of both vehicles remained at the scene and were questioned and released.
No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
