| Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a child at 12300 Fleming Drive about 5:40 p.m. last Friday (April 27).
The boy, 10, suffered no obvious signs of trauma. His identity and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officer T. Huynh reported:
The boy was playing hide seek with other children at an apartment complex at the above address. During the game, he was found unresponsive in the dryer. He was transported to Bayshore Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation is continuing.
