WHAT: House Fire.
WHEN: July 22, 2022 at 8:47 p.m.
WHERE: 13500 block of Indianapolis St., 77015.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $105,500 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $21,500 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find heat in the wall of a home. They opened the wall and extinguished the fire which appeared to be from electrical wires arching inside the walls of the house. Crews ventilated the home and contacted CenterPoint to control the power. Firefighters from Stations 53 and 44 responded to this incident.
