WHAT: House Fire

WHERE: 4200 block of Rutland, 77018
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: Not available.
DAMAGE: $300 thousand in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under Investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes to find smoke coming from the side of a house and made an offensive attack. They ventilated the home and conducted a primary search with no one found. The fire was extinguished, and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Crews from Stations 15, 6, 31, 15, 30 and 58 responded to this incident.
