WHAT: House Fire.
WHEN: November 24, 2022 at 8:19 a.m.
WHERE: 3300 block of Drew St. 77004.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $185,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $9,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional (cooking).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find smoke coming from a house and made an attack. The home was ventilated, and a search was completed. Crews extinguished the fire which was mostly contained to the oven and surrounding area. Firefighters from Stations 25, 8, 46, 7 and 18 responded to this incident.
