WHAT: House Fire.
WHEN: November 13, 2022 at 5:31 a.m.
WHERE: 7300 block of W. Fuqua St. 77489.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: Not available.
DAMAGE: $300,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find fire coming through the roof of a 1-story home and made an offensive attack. The fire was contained to the attic and crews extinguished it from the interior of the home. All the occupants were safely out of the home. The fire appeared to have started at the AC unit in the attic. Firefighters from Stations 2, 59, 68, 48, 80, 82 and 57 responded to this incident.
