INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $440,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $60,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find fire coming from the garage of a 2-story house and smoke coming from the vent ridge of the home. They made an attack on the fire in the garage and stopped it from spreading further into the attic. The fire was controlled and extinguished, and crews conducted property conservation efforts. Firefighters from Stations 90, 2, 78, 75, 86, 57 and 49 responded to this incident.
