WHERE: 7700 block of Charlesmont St. 77016

CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find light smoke coming from the roof of a house. Crews found and extinguished a fire in the attic and ventilated the home. A primary search was completed with no one found. It was determined that the occupants had heaters and converters plugged in and working off the same breaker. Firefighters from Stations 56, 45, 32, 34, 39, 43 and 30 responded to this incident.
