WHAT: House fire.
WHEN: April 12, 2023 at 9:59 p.m.
WHERE: 4300 block of Willow Breach Dr. 77072.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $176,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $35,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find smoke coming from the side of a house. They made an attack on the fire and conducted a primary search. Numerous animals were rescued. The home was ventilated, and the utilities were secured. The fire in the kitchen was extinguished and it was determined that it started under or on the stove and spread. Firefighters from Stations 76, 2, 68, 83, 10, 73, 69 and 57 responded to this incident.
