CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find smoke coming from a fast-food restaurant. A deep fryer was reported on fire, and crews extinguished the fire and found no extension. Two employees were transported to the hospital for burns from hot grease. The fryer was removed to the outside of the building and a health inspector was requested. Firefighters from Stations 30, 34, 31, and 58 responded to this incident.
