DAMAGE: Not available. (Two units damaged).
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find an apartment on fire and made an attack. They pulled the sheetrock in the garage wall to fully extinguish the fire and ventilated the building. A primary and secondary search were completed with no one found. The utilities were secured, and CenterPoint was notified. Two units were displaced, and the American Red Cross was also notified. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. Firefighters from Stations 13, 66, 57, 4, 5, 50, 57, 15, and Rehab 17 responded to this incident.
