ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find a smoky haze in the food preparation/ kitchen area of a fast-food restaurant. The power and gas were shut off to building. They investigated the roof and, inside removed multiple ceiling tiles to locate a HVAC duct box that had high heat signatures. The duct was removed with no fire found. Crews applied water to ensure the area was cooled down. Firefighters from Stations 47, 59 and 80 responded to this incident.
