WHAT: Commercial building fire.

WHERE: 11017 Chimney Rock Rd. 77035.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.

DAMAGE: $200,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation (appears to be accidental).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find smoke coming from a 1-story commercial building. They located the fire above a false ceiling and made an attack. The utilities were secured, and a primary search was completed. HFD Hazardous Materials responded and secured several containers of detergent. Crews extinguished the fire and requested HFD Arson investigators to determine the cause and origin. 44 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 21, 59, 37, 48, 68, 82, 24 and Hazmat 22.
