CAUSE: Unintentional (cutting, welding to close to combustibles).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes and found light smoke coming from a large 1-story commercial building under renovation. They were told the fire was on the roof and accessed the roof and ceiling. The crews extinguished the fire which started around a heating and air-conditioning unit where workers were cutting. Firefighters from Stations 28, 68, 2, 3, 37, 51, 16, 60 and 57 responded to this incident.
