CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental due to an unspecified electrical malfunction.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find smoke coming from a 2-story nail salon and ventilated the structure. They made an attack on the fire and once the fire was extinguished, requested HFD Arson investigators to determine the cause and origin. Crews from Stations 6,7,8 and 57 responded to this incident.
