CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find smoke coming from a 2-story apartment building. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. Crews found and extinguished a small fire in a kitchen. They opened the surrounding ceiling and wall to make sure the fire was completely out and conducted salvage and overhaul. Firefighters from Stations 83, 51, 68, 73 and 76 responded to this incident.
