CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find smoke coming from an apartment complex boiler room. A small fire was found on the roof and burning inside the ceiling. Crews extinguished the fire with no additional extension found. Firefighters from Stations 28, 51, 68, 2 and 57 responded to this incident.
