Mayor Sylvester Turner will lead City of Houston community meetings in each council district to discuss capital improvement projects and hurricane recovery programs. The mayor will also outline the city’s plan for improving neighborhood drainage and streets. Most meetings are scheduled for 6:30-8 p.m., beginning Tuesday, Feb. 26, through the end of March.
