Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male and wounding of two others that occurred about 2 a.m. at 3017 Milam Street on Monday (April 27).
The identity of the deceased male is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Cass and Detective J. Brown reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call in the parking lot of a business at the above address. Officers found three people suffering from gunshot wounds. All three were transported to area hospitals, where doctors pronounced one male deceased.A second male is in critical condition.
Investigators learned a fight inside the business led to the shooting.
At this time, there is no suspect(s) information.
