| Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 4700 South Loop West (South Interstate Highway 610 West) about 12:45 p.m. on Thursday (November 2).
The identity of the deceased male, 21, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant F. Briones and Officer S. Kong reported:
The male was driving a black Honda Accord westbound near the above address when he lost control and slid sideways on the freeway. The Honda then struck a concrete shoulder barrier and rolled over. The driver was ejected from the vehicle.
Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the male to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
No other persons or vehicles were involved in the crash.
