| Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 12900 Scott Street about 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday (December 7).
The identities of the deceased male, 25, and female, 52, are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant P. Lee and Officer M. Keita reported:
A blue Volvo XC90 was traveling westbound in the 3500 block of Swingle Street and stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of Scott Street. As the Volvo left the stop sign, a black Suzuki motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on Scott struck the driver’s side of the vehicle.
The female driver of the Volvo was pronounced deceased at the scene. The male operating the motorcycle was transported to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
The investigation is continuing.
