DAMAGE: $89,458 thousand in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find heavy fire coming from a 1-story home and made a defensive attack on the fire as they also protected nearby exposures. Once the fire was controlled from the exterior, crews went to an offensive attack and fully extinguished the fire. A primary search was completed with everyone safely outside the home. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 34, 45, 39, 56, 15 and 43 responded to this incident.
