Houston police are investigating the shooting of two men at 7900 Leonora Street that occurred about 10:40 a.m. on Saturday (May 15).
The victims, Dominique Dyer, 29, and Alfred Altee, 25, were transported to area hospitals in stable conditions.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives G. Black and A. Hernandez reported:
Mr. Dyer got into an argument with two females (sisters) as they were getting things out of his mother’s vehicle. While arguing, the females’ two brothers arrived and got into a fight with Dyer. During the fight, one of the suspects pull out a pistol and fired several shots. Dyer was struck once in the abdomen. Mr. Altee, who was also at the location but not involved in the dispute, was struck in the right thigh and left wrist. Both men were transported by Houston Fire Department paramedics to the hospital.
The suspects, described only as two black males, fled the scene in a newer white, four-door sedan.
