Officers arrived and noticed the man appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Officers attempted to detain the man and a struggle ensued. The man became unresponsive. Officers immediately administered Narcan and performed CPR until HFD paramedics arrived.
Paramedics transported the man to Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
