| Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 6600 Chetwood Drive about 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday (January 14).
The victim, 17, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Barker and C. Brannen reported:
The victim was walking home when a vehicle of unknown make and model drove toward him. Two unknown suspects in the vehicle fired shots at the victim, striking him in both legs. The suspect vehicle then fled the scene. Paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital where he was treated and released.
There is no known suspect description or motive in the shooting at this time.
