Charges have been filed against three suspects wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at 1900 Jensen Drive about 9:15 a.m. on November 19.
The suspects, Michael Edward Mosley (b/m, 37), Khalil Divyon Bennett (b/m, 19) and Shandrika Rene Green (b/f, 28), are charged with capital murder. They are not in custody.

The victim, Larry Lawrence, 61, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives D. Crowder and A. Vinogradov reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at a convenience store at the above address and learned Mr. Lawrence had been transported to the hospital where he died. Detectives reviewed surveillance video and observed the suspect run up to the victim and shoot him in the back. The suspect then took money and/or items from the victim before fleeing.
A surveillance photo of a suspect, Bennett (with a mask), was released later that day (Nov. 19). Further investigation located additional surveillance photos of Bennett without a mask.
Information was developed on two other suspects, Mosley and Green, and charges were filed against them.
