Charges have been filed against three suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 6402 Mykawa Road about 10:15 a.m. on July 17.
The suspects, Dnarion Henderson, 23, is charged with capital murder in the 184th State District Court and Kenya Bell, 19, and Jquerian Minor, 21, are charged with capital murder in the 263rd State District Courts.

The victim has been identified as Francisco Merino, 29.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives E. May and C. Sharp reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found an unresponsive man suffering from a gunshot wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim, later identified as Mr. Merino, deceased.
A preliminary investigation and evidence from the scene determined Merino was an employee working inside the store at the location. Two male suspects wearing hoods and masks, one of them armed with a handgun, entered the store to commit a robbery. During the robbery, Merino was shot and killed. The suspects then fled the scene on foot. AT that time, the suspects were described only as two black males.
Further investigation identified Henderson, Bell and Minor as suspects in this case. Henderson was arrested on July 22 and Bell was arrested on July 23, both without incident. Minor was arrested on Monday (July 29) on unrelated charges by the Fort Worth Police Department and he remains in custody in the Tarrant County Jail.
