UPDATE: Suspect Wanted in Fatal Shooting at 3201 Norfolk Street Found Deceased

A suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of two women at 3201 Norfolk Street about 6 p.m. last Friday (July 10) was found deceased.

The suspect, identified as Arian Hojat (w/m, 34), was pronounced deceased of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The two victims have been identified as Nasim Arab, 34, and Sousan Arab, 32.  Both were pronounced dead at the scene from gunshot wounds.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives E. Rossow and A. Henderson reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a discharge of a firearm call at an apartment complex at the above address.  Upon arrival, they found the two victims deceased inside an apartment.  They appeared to have suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

At that time, witnesses reported seeing a possible suspect fleeing the scene moments after the shooting.  He was last seen driving a black BMW sedan with New Jersey license plates YJT-75Y.

Further investigation identified Hojat, an ex-boyfriend of one of the victims, as the suspect in this case.

On Monday (July 13), officers with the Lytle (Texas) Police Department responded to a call of a male found deceased in a motel room.  The wanted black BMW was also found at the location.

On Tuesday (July 14), the Bexar County Medical Examiner positively identified the male as Hojat.
