UPDATE: Suspect Charged, Wanted In Fatal Shooting At 4409 Dowling

HOUSTON - Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at 4409 Dowling about 1:45 a.m. on Dec. 19, 2016.

The suspect, Mark Joshua Hall (b/m, 28), is charged with murder in the 339th State District Court for his role in the killing of Untorio Japelle Jones, 39, of Houston.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant H. Garcia and Officer K. McDonald reported:

Mr. Jones was inside the D-Bar nightclub at the above address when he and another male (Hall) began arguing. During the argument, Hall produced a pistol from his waistband and fired multiple times at Jones, who died at the scene.  Hall then fled immediately after the shooting.

Hall has relatives in Louisiana and is believed to be in that state.
