UPDATE: Suspect Charged, Wanted in Fatal Shooting at 3000 Stonewall Street

Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in  the fatal shooting of a man found at 3000 Stonewall Street about 11:10 p.m. on August 23.

The suspect, Daron Bernard Livingston (b/m, 28(), is charged with murder in the 263rd State District Court.  A prior booking photo of Livingston, who is not in custody at this time, is attached to this news release.

The victim, Jacolby Crichlow, 28, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.  Doctors pronounced him deceased on August 26.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives N. Sharp and K. Fregia reported:

Mr. Crichlow was found lying in the street in a secluded area and had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.  A gun was found in his waistband.  Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Crichlow to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Further investigation identified Daron Livingston (AKA Muscle Head) as the suspect in this case and, on Wednesday (September 2), he was charged with murder.
