| Charges have been filed against a suspect in the death of a woman found at 6626 Calhoun Road about 9 a.m. on March 26.
The suspect, Juan Vigil (H/m, 36), is charged with murder in the 209th State District Court. He is accused in the death of Margaret Stewart, 55.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook and Detective J. Roscoe reported:
The owner of a business at the above address found a deceased female lying behind the building. She appeared to have trauma to her head. An autopsy by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences identified the victim as Ms. Stewart.
Further investigation developed information that identified Vigil as the suspect in this case and he was subsequently charged on November 14 for his role in Stewart’s death.
