UPDATE: Suspect Charged in Man’s Death at 1106 Wisterwood Drive

Charge have been filed against a suspect in the death of a man found at 1106 Wisterwood Drive about 6 p.m. on April 24.

The suspect, Nathan Clark, 32, is charged with capital murder in the 174th State District Court.  A photo of Clark, who is in federal custody on an unrelated charge, is attached to this news release.

He is accused in the death of Gregory White, 33.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Watson and Detectives R. Waterwall reported:

A witness found Mr. White lying in the parking lot of a commercial building at the above address.  He was unresponsive and appeared to have suffered an unknown.  The witness then called police.

HPD patrol officers responded to the scene where Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced White deceased.  An autopsy by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences determined White’s cause of death to be from a gunshot wound.

Further investigation identified Clark as the suspect in this case and, on Thursday (May 12), he was charged for his role in White’s death..
