| Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man found at 16 Charleston Park about 2:15 p.m. on May 19.
The suspect, Isaiah Nealey (b/m, 20), is charged with murder in the 208th State District Court. He is accused in the killing of Marcus Roosevelt Denhams, 26, of Houston.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Brady and J. Burton reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call in the parking lot of the Oaks of Charleston Apartments at the above address. Officers and HFD paramedics arrived and found Mr. Denhams deceased from a gunshot wound.
Further investigation identified Nealey, who is in the Harris County Jail on an unrelated charge, as the suspect in this case and a murder charge was filed on Thursday (July 6) for his involvement in Denhams' death.
