UPDATE: Suspect Arrested, Charged in 2022 Fatal Shooting at 9330 Main Street

Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 9330 Main Street about 12:30 p.m. on September 3, 2022.

The suspect, Eric Daniel Tizol, 18, is charged with capital murder in the 208th State District Court and unlawful carrying of a weapon in Harris County Criminal Court #14.  A booking photo of Tizol is attached to this news release.

He is accused for his role in the killing of Isaac Lowe, 17.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Cass and R. Watson reported:

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in an apartment complex parking garage at the above address.  Upon arrival, officers learned Mr. Lowe had been transported to an area hospital via a private vehicle where he was pronounced deceased.Detectives identified a possible vehicle of interest, described only as a black Jeep SUV with temporary paper tags.

Further investigation identified Tizol as a prime suspect in the case.  On Monday (Nov. 20), Tizol was detained while in possession of a handgun.  He was questioned by detectives and subsequently charged in this shooting.
