UPDATE: Surveillance Video Released in Fatal Shooting at 2850 Fannin Street

Houston police have released surveillance video of four suspects wanted in the fatal shooting of a male at 2850 Fannin Street #1205 about 1:20 a.m. on November 4.

The suspects in the video are described only as four black males. One male has a heavy build and was wearing a beanie cap, sandals and a red, white and blue jacket. The other three males have thin builds and appear to be in their early 20’s. Surveillance video of the suspects can be viewed on the HPD YouTube channel at https://youtu.be/i4JS2OzMvVM

The victim, Ka’Darian Smith, 22, suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant K. Meek and Detective S. Overstreet reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address, after the apartment complex concierge reported a resident, Mr. Smith, had been shot. Two friends of Smith arrived at the scene, stating he had called them to report being shot. The concierge let the friends go up to the apartment where they found Smith suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The friends then brought him to the first floor so he could be transported to Ben Taub General Hospital by Houston Fire Department paramedics. Once there, Smith was pronounced deceased.
