Houston police have released surveillance video of a suspect and persons of interest wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at 12600 Dunlap Street about 1:20 p.m. on February 13, 2023.
The video is attached to this news release. The suspect and other individuals in the video are wanted for questioning at this time.
The victim, Matthew Francis, 22, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Olive and Detective T. Tyler reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at an apartment complex at the above address and found Mr. Francis with multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced Francis deceased.
