| The fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 555 Seminar about 2:10 a.m. on April 12 has been referred to a Harris County grand jury.
The identity of the victim, 45, who was pronounced dead at the scene, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officers S. Jimenez and K. Heaverlo reported:
The victim and his wife got into a domestic dispute while at their residence. At some point, the wife obtained a weapon and fatally shot her husband. The female was detained at the scene.
