Houston police have released a composite sketch of a suspect sought in the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another at 305 Hadley Street about 1:05 a.m. on February 16.
The suspect is described only as a black male, 20 to 30 years of age, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, medium complexion and locks containing yellow or gold tips. He was wearing black clothing. A composite sketch of the suspect is attached to this news release.
The deceased male is identified as Julian Comeaux, 21.
The second victim, 24, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook reported:
The victims were out with friends when they were told an unknown suspect was breaking into the vehicle of one of the members of the group. When the victims and their friends confronted the suspect, the suspect shot two of them and then fled the scene.
Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced one man, later identified as Mr. Comeaux, deceased at the scene.
