WHAT: Townhome Fire

INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $140 thousand in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $50 thousand in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find moderate smoke coming from a 2-story townhome. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. A rabbit was found, however there were no citizens found. Crews extinguished the fire in less than 15 minutes and the walls and ceiling were opened to ensure there was no extension. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 83, 10, 73 and 68 responded to this incident.
