Mayor John Whitmire and Fire Chief Thomas Muñoz will address the cadets graduating from several classes of the Houston Fire Training Academy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This graduation ceremony includes:
• 27 cadets of Class 2024D who began their journey with HFD in August of 2024.
• 22 cadets of Fast Track Class 2025B who began their journeys with HFD in March of this year. (A “Fast Track” Certified Firefighter/EMT cadet academy is made up of members who are State of Texas Firefighters and a Texas Department of State.)
• One additional cadet who is graduating early from Class 2024G and began their journey with HFD in November of 2024.
