Houston police are searching for a suspect charged in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 14711 Main Street about 5:30 p.m. on May 28.
The suspect, Joshua Lashun McWilliam, 32, is charged with murder in the 209th State District Court. McWilliam, also known as “Scooter,” is not in custody. A 2020 booking photo of McWilliam is attached to this news release.
He is accused in death of Larenzo Terrell, 33.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives L. Brooks and J. Gardner reported:
Officers responded to a shooting call and found the victim in the parking lot of a gas station at the above address. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was transported by responding Houston Fire Department paramedics to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Further investigation identified the suspect as McWilliam and, on June 7, he was charged for his role in the shooting.
