Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the stabbing of a man at 10910 Gulf Freeway (South Interstate Highway 45) about 1:55 p.m. on Thursday (September 10).
The suspect, Christopher Daniel Luker (w/m, 24), is charged with aggravated assault of a family member in the 248th State District Court. He is accused in the stabbing of Nolan Joseph Breaux, 54, who was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer K. Saulsberry reported:
Mr. Breaux and Luker, who were in a dating relationship, got into a verbal altercation in their apartment. During the argument, Luker pulled out a knife and stabbed Breaux multiple times in the arms and abdomen. Luker then fled the scene.
Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Breaux to the hospital.
Luker was later taken into custody by responding HPD officers and subsequently charged for his role in the incident.
