The victim, 44, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives C. Brown and V. Habukiha reported:

Officers were dispatched to an assist the officer call to the bar at the above address and learned from two extra job officers that a female suspect (later identified as Lundy) left the bar and then returned, stating she left money inside the bar. When she was refused entry into the bar, Lundy retrieved a firearm and fired multiple rounds into the bar.  A female victim was struck by the gunfire.  An extra-job HPD officer was providing security inside the bar at the time of the shooting.  Paramedics transported the victim to the hospital.

Lundy fled the location in a vehicle, but subsequently returned on foot.  Extra job officers then detained her after a short foot pursuit in a parking lot across the street from the bar.  Lundy was taken to jail and subsequently charged.
