A preliminary investigation indicated the pictured gold Buick sedan circled the block several times prior to the shooting. The complainant was on the side of the street with some friends and they noticed the vehicle. The suspect vehicle stopped near the victim as he walked to his car. The suspect exited the driver seat, pointed a gun at the victim, and demanded his wallet. A struggle ensued and the suspect shot the victim, took his wallet, and fled the scene.
