CAUSE: Unintentional (electrical failure).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find a storage unit on fire behind a duplex. They extinguished the fire with no extension to the duplex and cleared the scene by 6:30 a.m. Crews from Stations 20, 18, 25 and 8 responded to this incident.
