CAUSE: Unintentional (electrical failure, malfunction, other).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes to find smoke coming from a oil change shop and made an attack. A primary search was completed, and the main body of the fire was extinguished. Crews opened the roll-up doors for ventilation. 46 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 19, 45, 32, 39, 43 and 30.
