DAMAGE: $150,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental (electrical).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming a 1-story law office. They made an attack on the fire and conducted a primary search. Crews switched to a defensive attack as conditions failed to improve. Once most of the fire was controlled, they resumed offensive operations and extinguished the fire. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 45 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 15, 6, 8, 9, 11, 16, 31, 17, 19 and 30.
