Presidents, celebrities, and Houstonians wanting a fine meal were drawn to Tony’s over the years, not just for the food but knowing that it would be a one-of-a kind experience. To many, Tony Vallone was a friend and adviser, along with being a man who could cook a wonderful meal. I always enjoyed the times I dined at Tony’s and will miss his presence at the restaurant. I send my condolences to Tony’s wife, Donna, and his family”
