| Houston police are investigating the stabbing of a man at 4500 Lockwood about 1:55 a.m. today (September 6).
The victim, Tommy Burks, 41, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults and Family Violence Division Officers V. Habukiha and C. Grahmann reported:
Mr. Burks was walking near the above address when an unknown male suspect approached him from behind and demanded his property. As Burks walked away, the suspect stabbed him in the shoulder. HFD paramedics transported him to the hospital.
The suspect is described only as a Hispanic male.
